About

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Magical Crohn's. In this blog you'll be able to read about my experience with Crohn's and find some great tips on how to deal with this fantastic magical disease

I started this blog to help people like me and for "like me" I don't mean people affected by Crohn's but people that are actively fighting Crohn's! People that are not just passively sitting back crying on themselves and complaining about how miserable their lives are. I'm talking about people that don't accept no as an answer; people that are curious and willing to explore alternative options even though that means to do sacrifices.

You could say I'm still in denial, I'm still young to this, and that's why I'm so full of energy? Well maybe you are right. But I feel that although I was recently diagnosed with this wonderful disease, I am lucky. I suffer a mild form of Crohn's and that allows me to fool around a little, see what's out there. And if my journey can help someone else, that would be the highest reward!

So welcome again. I'll try to keep this blog as uncensored as I can without being disgusting :) Please ask any questions no matter how embarrassing you think they might be - nobody likes to talk about poop. That's why there is Puia! Through her diary we'll experience every step of her journey and we'll be there to support her when she'll gamble and lose.

Also, I'll try to keep the text as light as possible but you should know that English is not my first language. So please don't worry too much if sometimes you find it a little hard to understand, especially when I'm trying to make a joke - weird sense of humour + low English level = ... confusion and misunderstanding :).
I hope you'll enjoy it. Please feel free to send me any feedback.

Have a painless day! :)
